Qnap presented its new TS-2888X NAS, a high-performance NAS server prepared to work with artificial intelligence and that is profiled as an integral solution, since it combines robust storage with a very complete and easy to use software environment that simplifies processes and work cycles.<\/p>\n

Qnap’s new TS-2888 NAS series features different models equipped with next-generation Intel Xenon W processors that add up to 18 cores, which means a high level of performance. Its hybrid storage architecture consists of eight hard drives and 20 high-performance SSDs (including 4 U.2 SSDs). It also supports the installation of up to four high-end graphics cards and can seamlessly run Qnap’s QuAI IA developer package, which enables the rapid creation, training and optimization of IA models running on the NAS, and Container Station, a wide range of open source structures and tools for IA processes (including Caffe, TensorFLow, AlexNet, FaceNet, etc.).<\/p>\n

Other important specifications include support for up to 512 GB of 2666 MHz ECC RAM to speed up processing and a 2000W 80 Plus Platinum power supply. In addition, it includes flexible backup tools and a snapshot protection system to ensure data security while enabling effective disaster recovery.<\/p>\n
